The series will include presentations on how and why meditation works with a focus on practicing the skills of meditation including: grounding and centering exercises, basic and guided meditation and helpful ways to manage your thoughts. All participants will receive a mini-book, “The Work of Byron Katie.”

The classes will be held on Thursday, Oct.  2, 9, and 16 from 6 – 7:0 p.m. in the CVPS/Leahy Community Health Education Center at Rutland Regional Medical Center. Classes are free but limited to fifteen participants. Registration is required, at www.RRMC.org.
