MENDON-Louise Harrison Real Estate is pleased to announce that
it has merged with Stowe Realty and the BCK Real Estate family of
companies.
The office will remain at 1360 US Route 4 in Mendon, allowing BCK
Real Estate to offer nine real estate office locations conveniently
located throughout Central and Northern Vermont.
Louise Harrison Real Estate has a long history in Mendon,
Killington and Rutland County. "This is the right time for our
company to align with the best real estate company in the state,"
said Louise Harrison.
"Louise Harrison has a proven track record of delivering
top-quality service to clients for many years in all kinds of
market conditions. The experience and knowledge of the agents,
coupled with the BCK's tools and technology, will be a great asset
to buyers and sellers in the area," said John Biondolillo,
president and CEO of BCK Real Estate. "When you combine the wealth
of knowledge and experience that Louise Harrison brings to the
table, with BCK's cutting edge systems, it is a win-win for
everyone - the broker, agents and their customers and clients. We
are thrilled to be associated with her."
One area that the company plans to emphasize is vacation rentals,
which is one of the primary reasons that BCK was looking to expand
to the Killington market. BCK, through its Stowe Realty
office, currently leases over 300 vacation properties in
Stowe. "We enjoy matching vacationers with high quality
rentals. We feel like there is a good opportunity to help
Killington vacationers much like we are already doing in Stowe,"
said Biondolillo.
Louise Harrison is the newest member of the BCK family which
includes Stowe Realty and Quatrini Real Estate and currently offers
locations in Barre, Montpelier, Morrisville, Northfield, Rochester,
St. Johnsbury, Stowe, and Waterbury and now Mendon.
BCK Real Estate is a member of Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate as
well as Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® the largest
network of independent residential real estate firms, with 150,000
associates across the U.S. in more than 35 countries.
"We're small enough to ensure local knowledge, local control and
continued community involvement, yet large enough to provide the
range of services and technologies typically associated with
national companies that today's consumer demands," said
Biondolillo.
BCK can trace its origin to Berg, Carmolli & Kent Real Estate
Company in Barre starting in 1981. Even in today's economic
climate BCK Real Estate continues to expand and prosper.
BCK opened offices in Northfield and Rochester in 2008. In
2009 it acquired Potvin Real Estate in Barre and Stowe Realty.
Last year BCK acquired Quatrini Real Estate (St. Johnsbury)
and All Seasons Rentals (Stowe).
