Chester

On August 25, at approximately 11:18 a.m., Vermont State Police
stopped Eric C. Schneider, age 43 from Westwood, NJ on Vermont
Route 103 entering the village of Chester, Vt, for traveling 78
miles per hour in a posted 40 mile per hour zone.
Schneider was traveling near the intersection to Green Mountain
Union High School and is charged with Careless and Negligent
Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
