Mobil Station robbed at knife-point

WALLINGFORD - On Monday, Jan. 20, at approx. 9:30 p.m. Troopers responded to a reported armed robbery that occurred at the Wallingford Mobil Station, located at 172 North Main Street. Investigation revealed that the male subject entered the store brandished a knife to the clerk and demanded money. An undisclosed amount of cash was handed over and the male subject fled on foot.
The subject is described as a white male, younger wearing blue jeans, blue/black hooded sweatshirt. The subject fled, unknown direction.
