Dear Editor,
Once again, the Castleton Summer Concerts successfully completed
its annual season. This summer was the 17th summer series,
Castleton State College partnered with the series and will continue
to take a major roll in producing these excellent weekly "live
music" concerts in future years. Many thanks goes out to all of the
people who helped to produce this outstanding summer program.
There were many great bands that played in Castleton week after
week, performing for the huge crowds of concertgoers who were
thoroughly entertained.
Thanks goes out, first of all, to the many sponsors, who are
loyal supporters of the program every year. Also, the local media
for their coverage, the boy scouts, the Castleton State College
staff, both the Fine Arts crew and the Events staff, and of course,
the many loyal concert attendees, who always support this "live
music" concert series.
The 2012 summer in Castleton was an exciting and outstanding fun
filled one, and again, many thanks to everyone who had a part in
making the concert series the premier program that it is. The
Castleton College Summer Concert series is already looking forward
to next season.
