The Sherburne Memorial Library will be closed to the public to
Monday, Jan. 28 and Tuesday, Jan, 29 for necessary building
maintenance. The library's heating and cooling system ( HVAC)
has been problematic and sub-zero temperatures have heighten the
need to expedite the required maintenance.
Contractors are doing a complete assessment of the library's HVAC
system, which requires staging and multiple ladders to access the
duct work and valves in the in the ceilings. For everyone's
safety the library will be closed during.
Library staff will be on site working on a major library software
migration and will provide limited phone assistance.
The library will reopen Wednesday, Jan. 30 at 10 am.
