Got drugs? Drop them at the Diamond Run Mall, in front of J.C.
Penny's, Saturday, April 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Rutland County Sheriff Stephen P. Benard, in cooperation with the
DEA, and the Rutland County Solid Waste District will be collecting
unused or unwanted medications. Disposing of drugs in other ways,
such as flushing them down the drain (sink or toilet) can cause
health risks as they often seep into soil or water supplies.
