- KMS men sweep top five spots at Lisa Tuttle Memorial Slalom at Bromley Mountain

Killington Mountain School (KMS) Men's Alpine Team dominated the
Lisa Tuttle Memorial Slalom at Bromley Mountain on Feb. 2-3,
sweeping the top five spots and claiming seven in the top-10.
Dylan Malone '12, of Needham, Mass., won with a combined time of
1:09.74. Basking Ridge, N.J.'s Kyle Burcin followed in second with
Michael Ferri '13, of Simsbury, Conn., claiming the last podium
spot. Brother James Ferri '14 took fourth and Wyatt Queirolo '14
placed fifth. Spencer Stodgell '13 (7th) and Dan Martin '13 (9th)
rounded out the top-10.
Malone was a member of the 2010 VARA Team and holds a J2 Eastern
Championship victory as well as numerous Vermont Cup podiums. He
began skiing age 2 at Killington Resort.
Killington Mountain School is a fully approved Vermont
independent school whose mission is to inspire students to pursue
excellence in academics and athletics in a culture that promotes
integrity, leadership, responsibility, and respect. Participants in
the KMS alpine racing program train and race in all four
disciplines: downhill, slalom, giant slalom, and super-G. Training
takes place on a wide variety of terrains, across all seven
mountains of Killington, depending on the needs of the groups.
