    1)    Vermonsters   10-0
    2)    Clearly Moguls 7-3
    3)    McGrath's Irish Pub 6-4
    4)    Killington Meadows 4-6
    5)    Phat Italian 4-7
    6)    Outback Heavy Hitters 0-11

For the second Monday in a row at Bridgewater, there was an extra innings game and the home team came out on top, once again. The game between Clearly Moguls and the Phat Italian is another candidate for Game Of The Year. Both teams were short-handed so this was a 9-on-9 battle. Jack "Best Pitcher in the League" Blue filling in the big shoes of Ronzoni, outdueled season veteran Matt "Ajax" Anderson and picked up his first win. However, he was a bit shaky at the start and walked in 3 runs.

The Phat Italian used his shaky start, a bunch of hits and a 3 run blast to Woodstock by Cam to build an 11-3 lead. Jack settled down to deliver two "Cold Beer K's" to Loco and got some key pop-ups. Clearly Moguls had a huge fourth inning rally where they hit through their order and tied it 11-11.

It was a whole new ball game and Clearly Moguls was clearly fired up. They shut down the Phat in the fifth with some great "D" and kept the hit machine going to take their first lead of the game at 14-11.

Both teams went scoreless in the sixth but the Phat stormed back in the seventh to tie it and send the game to extra innings.

Clearly Moguls shined on "D" once again and then in the bottom of the eight they loaded the bases with one out and Scooter coming to the plate. To make things interesting, Scooter suffered a huge "CBK" to bring the Phat one out away from the ninth inning. Steve "Working on the Railroad" Braunius who was 1 for 4 all game used his keen eye to get the rare walk-off walk to bring in DJ Dave for the winning run 15-14.

Stars of the game were: Will "The Thrill" Burdick who was 5 for 6 with 2 RBI and 3 runs scored and Jackie Blue who was 4 for 4 with a walk, a good looking sac and 3 RBI.

The Phat Italian and Ajax shook off that devastating defeat to beat the Heavy Hitters in their next game 14-6. The Heavy Hitters also lost in blowout fashion to McGraths to start their week. The Vermonsters had another close call but came out on top once again to stay undefeated while they beat Killington Meadows 5-3.

Mother Nature shut out four teams on Wednesday in bad fashion.
