Borrow a bike from the e-bike library

RUTLAND—Rutland Recreation Department will be hosting the Local Motion Traveling E-Bike Library’s RadWagon through October 2020. This is a free e-bike lending program that allows Vermont residents to try out a e-bike for a few days. The purpose behind the program is to allow people the opportunity to try one to aid in the decision as to whether an e-bike is right for them.

How it Works

If you’re a Vermont resident, head over to the reservations page at localmotion.org/travelingebikes to reserve your loan period.

Choose the available dates (see each e-bike on reservation page for details) and complete the form. You’ll receive a confirmation email.

Coordinate a pick up time with the host at the location indicated on your confirmation email.

Have fun and enjoy the car-free life!

Return the bike on the last day of your loan period. Hours of drop-off are coordinated with the host.

To reserve the RADWagon visit localmotion.org/travelingebikes or call April at 802-773-1853.
