Brady Crain joins Killington Pico Real Estate

KILLINGTON — Killington Pico Real Estate is pleased to announce the addition of Brady Crain, M.B.A., to its growing team of licensed real estate professionals. Crain has been a resident of Central Vermont and active in the Killington region since 1978. An avid telemark skier, rock climber, and golfer, he looks forward to living and working in the Killington community.

Brady Crain is an accomplished musician and entertainer, working as a full time stand-up comic and singer/songwriter for more than a decade; he is a former full-contact national champion heavyweight blackbelt in Taekwondo, and has run a successful residential and commercial painting business since 1990.

Crain holds a Bachelor’s Degree from UVM and an MBA from RPI, has worked as a manufacturing engineer for IBM and as a freelance stage technician with the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees on major musical/dance/theater acts.

Principal broker, Kyle Kershner, notes that Crain’s dynamic personality, education and experience in entertainment and the building trades, provide an excellent foundation for a career in real estate and his customer rapport skills and service orientation will be an excellent fit for Killington Pico Realty, with its emphasis on distinctive, client-level real estate services.

Hi Brady-I am 78 yrs. old and weigh more than I should.When I was younger,could abstain from carbs,lose weight,feel great and did not feell deprived or hungry.Later in life when I would want to take off some weight and returned to a high protein fat diet,I felt dangerously ill and could not sustain the program long enough to lose any weight at all.As soon as I reintroduced carbs to my diet,I quickly felt better.Have you ever heard or experiencd this type of reaction.I enjoy your column every week and admire your tenacity in the face of physical trials.The humor and light heartedness of your writing has put you high on my list of trusted friends.Hope you can find the time to reply……..all the best,Tim
