FOLA to host candidates forum, Oct. 20 at town hall

Thursday, Oct. 20 at 7 p.m.—LUDLOW—FOLA (Friends of Ludlow Auditorium) will sponsor a candidate’s forum on Thursday, Oct. 20 at 7 p.m. in the Ludlow Town Hall Auditorium.
Candidates for the three Windsor County Senate seats, along with the two candidates for the Rutland-Windsor-2 (RW-2) House seat in Montpelier have been invited to participate in this forum. The Senate candidates who have accepted the invitation include: Alison Clarkson (D); Mark Donka (R); Randy Gray (R); Dick McCormack (D); Alice Nitka (D); and Scott Woodward (I).
Also participating are the two candidates for the RW-2 House seat which includes Ludlow, Mount Holly, and Shrewsbury. They are Dennis Devereux (R); and Logan Nicoll (D).
Kevin Kuntz will moderate the forum with Martin Nitka handling the time-keeper role. The forum will open with questions to the panel from the moderator followed by questions from the audience.
