Killington offers kids activities over MLK weekend

Friday, Jan. 17 at 4 p.m.—KILLINGTON— After an amazing afternoon on the hill with the family, head into the Snowshed Base Lodge for kid-friendly activities for the whole family to enjoy.  Activities will include cookie decorating, slime making, and a coloring corner.

There will also be  an interactive Woodward demo for kids to work on their balance and jib tricks. The demo will consist of Spooner boards, which allow for easy balancing, rocking, twisting, walking, and spinning.  For the more advanced skiers and riders, we’ll have Ski Addiction and Snowboard Addiction on hand for the fastest way to improve your presses, stalls, and slides on their custom Jib Bars.

For the big kids at heart, we’ll have live music from Duane Carleton, Chris Pallutto and  Andy Prior and Fiddle Witch.

On Friday, don’t miss glow tubing from 4-7 p.m. Other activities listed are held from 3:30-5:30 p.m. on Saturday and 4-6 p.m. on Sunday. Don’t miss out!
