A little wine could bring out the best in art creation, or at least make it that much more fun.
Friday, July 15 at 6 p.m. — KILLINGTON — Killington ART Garage invites the public to a B.Y.O.B. (bring your own beverage) Paint and Sip on Friday, July 15 at 6 p.m. The event coincides with the beginning of a weekend of Killington Wine Festival.
What exactly is a paint and sip? Paint and sips are a creative way to socialize while having fun painting. It’s that simple. No experience is required, just a willingness to have fun and try something new. Come paint along with local artist Rae Newell as she guides participants through each step.
For this Wine Festival Paint and Sip, organizers encourage participants to peruse the wines featured for the weekend and grab a bottle to bring to along for the evening. ART Garage will have a variety of Vermont cheeses and local crackers on-hand to pair with that wine of choice.
The cost for this event is $35 per person and includes all materials and instruction. The cheese and crackers pairing is complimentary.
There will be wine glasses, openers, and ice available at the venue. Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled.
