Saturday, July 16 at 9 a.m. — FAIR HAVEN — The public is invited to the Rutland County RC Flyers annual Fun Fly on Saturday, July 16 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the site of the old Fair Haven Municipal Airport. Take Exit 2 off of Route 4 and follow the signs.
The Fun Fly will feature radio control aircraft of all types, from large scale WWII model fighters to high-performance aerobatic aircraft, multi-rotors, and even helicopters and turbine-powered jets. Bring some lawn chairs, and plan to stay the day. Grab some lunch, and check out the action-packed noontime show, where there’s something for everyone. Come meet the pilots, and see their aircraft up close.
Admission is free and open to the public.
