Rutland Garden Club hosts 2016 flower show at Chaffee Art Center

Saturday & Sunday, Nov. 12-13—RUTLAND—As we approach the warm colors of fall and winter the Rutland Garden Club welcomes the public to the 2016 flower show at the Chaffee Art Center, Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 12-13. View award winning buffet, tray and tea table arrangements. Mantel, underwater and hanging door designs will also be featured. There will be 36 design exhibits, both traditional and creative. The show will also include approximately 100 judged horticulture exhibits including foliage and flowering container plants. Fall perennials and evergreen branches will also be judged.
The show will also have several educational exhibits, one on mandatory recycling and how you can comply with the comprehensive waste reduction program now law in Vermont.
