Tinmouth says hello, Mr. and Mrs. Robinson

Friday, Oct. 14 at 7:30 p.m.—TINMOUTH—Dana and Susan Robinson will perform on the Tinmouth Old Firehouse stage at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 14. Hailing from Cabot, Vt., the husband and wife duo are celebrating their 20th year of touring.
The genius of a Dana and Susan performance lies in their ability to capture the imagination of their audience. They can make the audience howl with laughter or hush with reflection as they take them on a journey across America and convey the mystery and wonder of the places they visit. Their unique blend of original songwriting and traditional Appalachian music bring to their performances a deep understanding of America’s musical heritage. With guitar, fiddle, banjo, and mandolin, their sound is a melting pot of Appalachian, British, and rural American influences, full of exciting fiddle tunes, earthy grooves, elegant melodies, and rich harmony singing.
The Old Firehouse is at Mountain View Road and Vt. 140 in Tinmouth. Doors open at 7 p.m. There is a suggested donation of $10 to $15. Desserts, coffee and tea will be available.
