KILLINGTON — The town of Killington is seeking entries to participate in the annual 4th of July parade.  Everyone is invited to build a float, decorate a bike, or dress up in their favorite festive 4th of July outfit and participate. Individuals, businesses, military groups, bands, community groups, classic car owners, non-profits and anyone else is encouraged to participate.  Registration for the parade ends July 1.

The 4th of July celebration is a great opportunity for community involvement.  For those who would like to take part in the festivities, check-in will be at the intersection of River Road and Route 4 at 9 a.m. with the parade kicking off at 10 a.m.

If you would like to get involved, please contact the Killington Parks & Recreation Department at (802) 422-3932 or email kpeters@killingtontown.com. More details about the celebration and ways to get involved can be found online at www.KillingtonRec.com or www.discoverkillington.com.
