Friday, Jan. 2 at 7 p.m. — CHITTENDEN — The Wildwood First Friday open mic happens again at the Church of the Wildwood on Friday, Jan. 2 at 7 p.m. The public is invited to enjoy some of mid-Vermont’s most creative talent performing at this popular community event. A portion of the free-will donations of this event will benefit the local Alzheimer’s Association.
Musicians, poets and storytellers of all ages are invited to celebrate the new year by sharing their talents with an enthusiastic audience that is welcome to sing along and/or just sit back and enjoy the show. The acoustics are great but a sound system is provided for those who want it. The first 12 performers who call Donna Martin at 802-483-2234 or email tweetybirddonna@gmail.com will be assured a ten-minute show spot. Spots fill up fast so don’t miss out! Delectable desserts and hot beverages are available.
